Boosting your strategy, marketing, & design
Insight Delivery is a small consultancy based in Helsinki, Finland. We study the cultural changes around companies - in the lives of their customers and collaborators. We deliver these insights to support various processes, ranging from the search of new business opportunities to the development of public services.
Working in networks of collaboration
We operate together with other agencies in larger projects, and for the smaller ones, we believe in the success of small agile teams working in close collaboration with the client. It's crucial to bring together the right kind of skill sets for each project as no professional is a jack of all trades.
Taneli Heinonen runs the daily operation of Insight Delivery, bringing together teams for different types of assignments.
Perspectives of our assignments:
Consumer culture
Studying changes in consumer culture and behavior is the cornerstone of Insight Delivery. Typically, this implies a focus on a specific group of people and the changes in their everyday world and practices.
For example, we have studied the health behavior of middle-aged men in Nordic countries for multiple projects in the past 10 years. We have also helped US companies navigate the cultural differences in European markets and, on the other hand, European companies to understand their potential customers' perspectives in the US and India.
Outcomes of these projects translate to design directions, brand strategies, and mapping on new growth opportunities in specific markets.
Company culture
Smart companies have lately started to consider employee experience nearly as a crucial success factor as their customers' experience. We support this direction by helping companies understand the dynamics of their own cultures and cultivate a path towards psychological safety in the work community.
For example, we have helped leadership understand how employees across a large international company see and experience the coming digital transformation of their industry. These insights provided a guiding north star for their change management.
Public institutions
Public institutions are designing their policies and services in a rapidly changing environment, which is hard to predict by only using the traditional means of surveys and population data.
For example, we have helped a foundation frame their service development to match the everyday experiences of people living with different substance abuse issues.

We are always happy to discuss and help you frame the challenge at hand.
We can help you with great cultural analysis and consulting, but we don’t know how to do everything. Thanks to our network, we are at least likely to know someone who might have the right perspective.
